We are recruiting a passionate and motivated Chemistry Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Cardiff on a full-time, fixed-term basis starting in September.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on students’ learning and confidence in Science within a well-established and collaborative department.
The Role
* Teach Chemistry across KS3 and KS4
* Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based Science lessons
* Plan, prepare and assess high-quality learning
* Track pupil progress and support achievement
* Manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently
* Contribute to a supportive Science department
Who We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialism in Chemistry or Science with strong Chemistry subject knowledge
* Experience teaching KS3/KS4 (ECTs welcome)
* EWC registration or willingness to obtain registration
* Strong classroom management skills
