Full job descriptionWe are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Client Services Advisor to become a vital part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
? Client Support
*Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries
*Deliver exceptional service and a positive experience across every touchpoint
Sales Development
*Use your sales skills to build relationships with Yopa clients
*Book financial services appointments and introduce relevant products and services
Appointment Scheduling
*Coordinate and manage appointments for our broker team
*Ensure seamless client handovers and diary accuracy
Administration
*Maintain up-to-date client records and process documentation
*Support case completion in line with FCA compliance standards
Career Progression
*Join our structured 18-month* development programme
*Complete your CeMAP qualification, with full support from our team
*Transition into a qualified Mortgage Broker role upon successful completion*
About You
Customer-Focused – You take pride in providing great service
Excellent Communicator – Strong written and verbal skills
Organised & Detail-Oriented – You manage your time and tasks with precision
Sales-Driven – You spot opportunities and contribute to business growth
Career-Minded – You’re motivated by progression and long-term success
Experience: Previous client-facing experience, ideally in sales or financial services, is desirable – but not essential
