We’re recruiting for Supervisors to join a well known fashion retailer in the Lake District. With both full time and part time opportunities available, this is a fantastic chance to take the next step in your retail career with a brand that values its people and customer experience.
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the management team, driving sales, maintaining high standards and ensuring every customer receives a first class shopping experience.

What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in fashion retail at Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, Keyholder or Team Leader level
*A passion for fashion, styling and customer service
*Strong communication and people skills
*Confidence in supporting and motivating a team
*Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales
*Flexible and hands on approach to retail
Key responsibilities:
*Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
*Support the management team in the day to day running of the store
*Lead by example on the shop floor and inspire the wider team
*Support visual merchandising and maintain excellent store standards
*Drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement
*Assist with stock management, deliveries and operational tasks
*Help coach and develop team members to achieve their potential
