Our client is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their successful residential lettings team in Finchley.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Generating new lettings business and securing landlord instructions
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
*Managing applicant enquiries and maintaining regular client contact
*Providing professional advice on the local lettings market
*Supporting the smooth progression of tenancies from enquiry to move-in
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience as a Residential Lettings Negotiator
*Proven sales and negotiation skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Professional, confident and well-presented approach
*Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
*Self-motivated and capable of working independently
*Knowledge of the Finchley and North London property market would be advantageous
*Full UK Driving Licence essential
