We are searching for an ambitious project management professional to manage a diverse portfolio that ranges from Infrastructure to Education hubs and Healthcare facilities to high-profile Mixed-Use developments.
The role: In this role, you won’t just be a bystander; you will be the engine room of project delivery. You will lead from the front, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial feasibility to final handover.
*Portfolio Diversity: Take ownership of diverse capital projects, ensuring they meet Oxford’s high standards and technical excellence.
*Consultancy Leadership: Provide expert technical advice and rigorous pre/post-contract management.
*Contractual Command: Demonstrate mastery over JCT and NEC contract suites to safeguard project commerciality.
*Strategic Planning: Utilise Asta PowerProject or MS Project to maintain flawless project timelines.
*Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the primary interface between high-profile clients, specialist contractors, and design teams.
Your Profile
We are looking for a PM who is technically sharp, commercially aware, and ready for their next big step.
*Consultancy Background: Roughly 4–6 years of post-qualification experience specifically within a UK Construction Consultancy.
*Preference for Candidates with experience of Infrastructure projects as well as mixed use, commercial buildings
*Academic Foundation: A degree in a construction-related discipline is essential.
*Professional Ambition: You are ideally MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM qualified, or you are currently being supported on the path to Chartership.
*Technical Skillset: Proven expertise in design coordination, strategic procurement, and value engineering.
