Type: Full-Time | Long-Term
Pay: £100-£120 per day
We are working with specialist SEMH and alternative provisions in Redbridge who are looking for Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with complex behavioural needs.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll be supporting young people to rebuild confidence, manage emotions, and re-engage with education.
Key responsibilities:*Providing consistent 1:1 behaviour mentoring
*Supporting emotional regulation and reflection
*Helping pupils re-engage with learning activities
*Building positive, professional relationships
*Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff
What we’re looking for:*Experience in behaviour support, mentoring or youth-facing roles
*Strong relationship-building skills
*Calm, steady and resilient personality
*Understanding of SEMH or trauma-informed approaches
*Sports/coaching background is a bonus
