What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties

*Ensuring all legal and compliance obligations are met

*Previous experience in residential Property Management
*Good understanding of lettings legislation and property management procedures
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Highly organised with strong administrative skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
*Full UK driving licence (knowledge of the Winchester area would be advantageous)
