We are currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Redbridge, supporting pupils with complex and diverse learning needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly structured and inclusive environment where staff are valued and progression is encouraged.
The Role:*Provide tailored 1:1 and small group SEN support
*Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, and developmental delays
*Implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans
*Promote engagement, communication, and independence
*Assist with personal care where required
The Ideal Candidate:*SEN experience in education, care, or youth settings
*Strong resilience and calm under pressure
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Passion for supporting children with additional needs
