Type: Long-term SEN Role
We are seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants for specialist provisions across Barking & Dagenham.
These roles involve supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs in nurturing environments focused on emotional development, engagement, and positive behaviour.
The Role:*Provide 1:1 and small group support
*Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
*Assist with personalised learning programmes
*Encourage independence, confidence, and social skills
*Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
The Ideal Candidate:*Experience supporting SEN or vulnerable young people
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
*Willingness to support personal care if needed
