We are working with a well-resourced SEN school in Havering seeking a reliable and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant.
The school provides a highly structured and supportive environment for pupils with moderate to complex learning needs, with a strong focus on consistency and routine.
The Role:*Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
*Assist with sensory-based and structured learning activities
*Encourage communication, independence, and engagement
*Implement behaviour and learning support strategies
*Support personal care routines when required
The Ideal Candidate:*Experience in SEN, care, or support work
*Reliable, calm, and consistent approach
*Strong ability to build trust with vulnerable learners
*Team player who values structure and routine
