Full job descriptionClient Services ExecutiveLocation: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home)
Salary: Negotiable, starting from £30,000 per annum
The RoleAn excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to support a busy broking team. This role would suit an individual with previous account handling experience who enjoys delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth administration of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities*Provide administrative and technical support to brokers.
*Process new business, renewals, adjustments, and cancellations.
*Liaise with clients and insurers regarding policy enquiries.
*Prepare and issue policy documentation.
*Ensure client records are maintained accurately on Acturis.
*Support the broking team in meeting service standards and deadlines.
*Assist with premium financing and insurer documentation requirements.
*Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
Skills & Experience*Previous experience within general insurance.
*Essential knowledge and experience of Acturis.
*Previous account handling or client service experience.
*Strong organisational and administrative skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
