Working within a busy and successful branch, you will be responsible for showing properties, generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
The successful candidate will be target-driven, proactive and keen to build long-term relationships with buyers and vendors while contributing to the continued success of the office and developing their own career within residential property sales.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Registering applicants and matching buyers with suitable properties
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
*Maintaining regular communication with vendors, buyers and solicitors
*Meeting and exceeding individual and branch sales targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
*Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
*Strong negotiation and closing skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Professional, confident and well-presented approach
*Positive, driven and self-motivated attitude
*Knowledge of the New Cross and South East London property market would be advantageous
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
