We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and respected surveying practice, operating within a fixed geographical area across King’s Lynn. The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and Level 2)
*Produce accurate and professional survey reports using market-leading technology
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process
*Meet personal income and productivity targets
*Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives
*Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
*Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*Experience working as a Residential Surveyor
*AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred
*Strong understanding of residential surveys and valuation reports
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Comfortable working within a fast-paced and professional environment
