Experienced in residential surveying and looking for greater flexibility?
We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected and successful surveying practice, operating within a fixed geographical area across the Isle of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor seeking a part-time position with the flexibility of remote working, supported by a well-established business with a strong reputation in the residential property sector.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Conduct residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and Level 2)
*Produce accurate, professional survey reports using industry-leading technology
*Manage your workload efficiently within a fixed geographical area
*Deliver excellent customer service throughout the survey process
*Meet personal income and productivity targets
*Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives
*Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
*Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Residential Surveyor Requirements:
*Experience working as a Residential Surveyor
*AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred
*Strong knowledge of residential surveys and valuation reports
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Comfortable working within a fast-paced and professional environment
What’s on Offer?
*£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (pro rata) for AssocRICS qualified Surveyors or above
*£60,000 - £70,000 OTE (pro rata)
