Food Production Machine Operative
Location: Swinton
Working Hours:
*Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:40
*Friday: 08:00 - 15:40
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Food Production Machine Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing site in Swinton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established production team working within the Canning and Retort Department.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating and monitoring canning and retort production machinery.
*Loading and unloading products throughout the production process.
*Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
*Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
*Assisting with production line set-up and changeovers.
*Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
*Working as part of a team to achieve production targets.
Requirements
*Good attention to detail.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
*Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
*Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential.
