What will the Financial Controller role involve?
*Overseeing financial reporting and compliance to ensure accurate and timely submissions
*Leading and developing a skilled finance team to support operational requirements
*Managing US GAAP reporting and liaising with internal and external auditors
*Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and internal standards across all financial matters
*Driving process improvements to optimise accounting workflows
*Supporting strategic decision-making through the provision of insightful financial analysis
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
*Proven experience managing accounting functions and leading teams, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations
*Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
*Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and integrity in financial reporting
