Full job descriptionData Test Manager – Fund Services
Location: Manchester
Pay: £740 - £875/day (inside IR35 – PAYE/umbrella)
Duration: 12 months
*End to end data testing leadership, owning Data test strategy, approach, and execution across system, integration, and reconciliation testing.
*Strong understanding of data flows and dependencies, ensuring test coverage across upstream sources, transformations, and downstream consumers.
*Test planning & governance expertise, including test scope, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and reporting to programme leadership.
*Hands on data validation capability, ability to use SQL and Excel to validate completeness, accuracy, reconciliations, and controls.
*Cross team coordination skills, working closely with data delivery, engineering, business SMEs, and vendors to resolve issues.
*Delivery focused mindset, balancing rigor with pragmatism to support parallel runs, cutover readiness, and go live confidence.
