Experienced in lettings or residential property sales?
We’re recruiting for an Estate Agent to join a fast-growing independent estate agency to work across both sales and lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to maximise earnings while building a long-term career in the industry.
This is a diverse role covering both sales and lettings, offering excellent exposure across the full property lifecycle, along with clear progression opportunities within a growing business.
The Role
As an Estate Agent, you will:
*Register buyers and tenants and match them with suitable properties
*Carry out property viewings across sales and lettings portfolios
*Negotiate offers and agree lets and sales
*Support both sales progression and lettings processes
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and applicants
*Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
*Work in a target-driven environment focused on performance and results
*Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch
Estate Agent Requirements
*Experience within lettings or residential property sales
*Strong negotiation and closing ability
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven attitude
*Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
