Key Responsibilities*Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
*Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
*Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
*Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
*Keeping up to date with market trends and industry insights
About You*Previous recruitment experience is essential (any sector considered)
*Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
*Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
*Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
