Experienced in lettings and / or property management?
We’re recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join an award-winning and highly successful independent lettings agency in Finchley. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys both winning new business and delivering excellent property management services across a portfolio of residential properties.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
*Match applicants to suitable rental properties
*Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress new lets through to completion
*Provide support and advice to landlords and tenants throughout the rental process
*Manage a portfolio of residential properties
*Handle maintenance issues and coordinate contractor works
*Conduct routine property inspections and follow-up actions
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with lettings legislation
Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
*Minimum 18 months’ experience within residential lettings
*Previous experience in property management is advantageous
*Full UK driving licence
*Passion for the property industry and delivering excellent service
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
*Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and tenants
What’s on Offer?
*Basic salary up to £25,000
*Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £60,000

Working Hours
*Monday to Friday
*Alternate Saturdays: 9:30am - 1:00pm
