Profitability & Financial Modelling
*Own and develop profitability models across European operations.
*Maintain and improve dashboards that consolidate data from multiple systems.
*Analyse profitability trends and identify areas for improvement.
*Support countries in understanding financial performance and key drivers.
*Flag emerging trends and risks across the region.
Pricing Analysis & Monitoring
*Monitor pricing strategies across multiple countries.
*Assess whether pricing adequately offsets inflationary pressures.
*Support local teams with pricing decisions and implementation.
*Drive consistency and best practice in pricing management.
Business Partnering
*Work closely with local Finance Business Partners
*Support countries that lack the resources or bandwidth to perform detailed analysis themselves.
*Influence stakeholders to prioritise profitability and pricing initiatives.
*Build strong relationships across Europe and encourage adoption of recommended improvements.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
*A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
*experience with profit modelling/analysis is key
*Experience in the property industry or a similar sector.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
