The RoleThe successful candidate will be involved in the production of premium prosthetic restorations, ensuring consistently high standards of craftsmanship and patient-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities*Casting and preparing models accurately
*Fabricating bite blocks and special trays
*Producing try-ins and completing final finishes
*Processing dentures using Ivocap injection systems
*Composite and acrylic staining and characterisation
*Manufacturing BPS dentures and implant-retained prostheses
*Maintaining organised workflows and high-quality standards
*Collaborating effectively with colleagues within the laboratory team
Requirements*Previous experience as a Prosthetic Dental Technician
*Knowledge of digital dental workflows
*Experience with BPS prosthetics
*Understanding of implant-retained prosthetic work
*Familiarity with Ivocap injection systems
*Experience with composite and/or acrylic staining techniques
*Excellent attention to detail and quality control
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads effectively
*Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach
