What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:
*Managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department and overseeing team performance
*Driving new business generation to increase instructions, market share and revenue
*Conducting property viewings and supporting negotiators throughout the lettings process
*Negotiating tenancy agreements and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
*Monitoring departmental performance, maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Manager position
*ARLA qualified or working towards a recognised industry qualification
*Proven track record of winning new instructions and increasing market share
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Thorough understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
*Highly organised with strong administrative and problem-solving skills
*Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
