Are you an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor with experience in Level 2 Surveys?
Due to increased business levels, our client is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the St Austell area.
The role comes with access to leading report-writing software, structured support, and the opportunity to progress into Level 3 Surveys and further professional development.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
*Undertake Red Book valuations
*Conduct Level 3 surveys (training can be provided)
*Produce clear, accurate, and client-focused reports
*Manage your own workload and diary independently
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders
*Maintain high professional and technical standards across all instructions
Residential Surveyor requirements:
*Minimum AssocRICS qualified
*Experience completing Level 2 Surveys
*Strong understanding of residential property and valuation principles
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
