What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords
*Handling maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
*Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations
*Managing landlord and tenant enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
*Overseeing tenancy renewals, tenancy changes and end-of-tenancy processes

*Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

*Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
*Full UK Driving Licence essential; ARLA qualification advantageous
