Are you AssocRICS qualified and experienced in Level 2 surveys, looking for flexibility?
Due to continued growth and increased workload, our client is seeking an AssocRICS-qualified Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team, covering the Camborne area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with experience in Level 2 surveys to join a progressive business offering strong earnings potential, flexibility, and structured career development.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys (Homebuyer Reports)
*Undertake Red Book valuations
*Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (with training provided where needed)
*Produce clear, accurate and client-focused reports using leading industry software
*Manage your own workload and diary effectively while working remotely
*Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*Minimum AssocRICS qualified
*Experience delivering Level 2 survey reports
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Confident, professional approach to client interaction
*Full UK driving licence
