Do you have at least 18 months’ experience as a Property Manager and are looking to join a company that offers strong progression and earning potential?
We are currently working with a well-respected independent agency that has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join their close-knit team based in the Loughton area, on either a full or part-time basis.
This is a people-focused business that prides itself on delivering reliable, friendly customer service and believes that estate agency is fundamentally about relationships. They are therefore looking for someone who shares this approach and is committed to delivering high-quality service to landlords and tenants.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
*Deliver outstanding day-to-day property management service
*Proactively and confidently manage tenant and landlord queries and issues
*Keep up to date with relevant legislation and compliance
*Oversee all aspects of residential property management
*Liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers to arrange works
*Ensure landlord utility accounts and council tax matters are correctly managed
*Organise inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and property visits
*Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth portfolio management
Property Manager requirements:
*Minimum 18 months’ experience in residential property management
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
*Ability to prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
