Are you a driven Recruitment Consultant who wants full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish?


This is a true 360 recruitment role where you will win your own clients, manage your own vacancies, source candidates, and close placements. If you are currently working as a Recruitment Consultant, Business Development Consultant, or in a recruitment sales role and want more autonomy, higher earning potential, and the opportunity to build your own desk, this could be the perfect next step.


This is not a resourcing-only position. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.

The Role


*Proactively win new business and develop client relationships
*Build and manage your own recruitment desk
*Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn
*Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs
*Source, attract, and interview high-quality candidates
*Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer acceptance
*Negotiate fees, salaries, and terms of business
*Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
*Achieve and exceed monthly billing targets


Requirements


*At least 12 months’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a recruitment sales role
*Strong business development and client acquisition skills
*Confident generating new business through outbound activity
*A proactive and resilient approach with a strong hunter mentality
*Motivated by targets, commission, and career progression
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively
*Full UK driving licence is advantageous

*Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
