Full job descriptionBusiness Development Executive I Central London I £35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£75,000 OTE) Are you naturally confident, commercially driven and great at building relationships? Do you want to work in a fast-paced London business where personality, ambition and work ethic are genuinely rewarded?
We are recruiting for a rapidly growing and highly ambitious commercial property business that is redefining the way companies find office space in Central London. Following a major rebrand and expansion plan, they are now looking to hire two Business Development Executives to join their growing City-based team.
This is not a transactional sales environment.
The business operates in the premium office and managed workspace sector, partnering with founders, leadership teams and growing businesses to help them find office solutions that support their growth. The focus is consultative, relationship-led and long term.
The Opportunity
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and being part of a high-energy commercial environment.
You will be:
* Building relationships with founders, directors and decision-makers across London
* Generating new business through phone outreach, LinkedIn and email campaigns
* Developing long-term client relationships rather than one-off transactions
* Attending networking events, meetings and industry socials
* Working closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team
* Becoming part of a growing brand with genuine progression opportunities
The business is specifically looking for people with energy, personality, resilience and strong communication skills. They care far more about attitude and potential than direct industry experience.
Successful candidates could come from backgrounds such as:
* Recruitment
* SDR/BDR roles
* Property or workspace sales
* Hospitality or events
* Media sales
* Customer-facing sales environments
