Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with a growing business based in Leicester (LE7) to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on delivery. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of the marketing function, driving brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement across multiple channels.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaigns that support business growth, customer retention and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
*Creating and delivering the overall marketing strategy
*Managing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
*Overseeing content creation, social media and email marketing activity
*Managing website performance, SEO and user experience
*Working with external agencies and suppliers where required
*Tracking campaign performance and providing regular reporting and insights
*Supporting lead generation initiatives alongside the sales team
*Managing marketing budgets and ensuring strong ROI
*Maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
*Identifying new opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement
About You
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who can confidently balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience in a Marketing Manager position
*Strong digital marketing knowledge including social media, email marketing and website management
*Experience planning and delivering successful marketing campaigns
*Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
*Experience using CRM and marketing platforms
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for marketing
