A well-regarded independent estate agent is looking to employ a Sales Valuer to join their successful team. This role will suit a driven and ambitious individual who is either already working within estate agency or looking to build a career in the industry.
This position offers full training, a range of incentives, bonuses, and commission, and is ideal for someone motivated by earning potential and progression within a high-performing environment.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
*Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
*Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
*Generate new business opportunities and follow up leads
*Negotiate and close for business effectively
*Deliver excellent customer service throughout the valuation process
*Work closely with the wider sales team to maximise performance
Sales Valuer requirements:
*Background in sales (estate agency preferred, but other sales backgrounds considered)
*Strong ability to close business and convert leads
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
*£25,000 basic salary

Working Pattern:
*Full time
*Monday – Friday
*1 in 4 Saturdays (9am – 3pm)
