The Role
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Support clients through the offer and negotiation process
*Assist with sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
*Generate new business opportunities and contribute to office targets
Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong background in customer service or sales
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
*Professional, personable, and commercially aware
*Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
*Genuine interest in building a career in estate agency
