Are you an experienced Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency?
I’m currently working with a successful and well-regarded independent estate agency that’s continuing to grow, and they’re now looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to take the lead in their Thetford office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, with real autonomy in the role and clear scope for long-term progression. Perfect for someone who thrives on leading from the front, building a strong pipeline, and being rewarded for results.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
*Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team
*Drive branch revenue and overall performance
*Generate new business and build strong client relationships
*Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions
*Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
*Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Branch Manager requirements:
*Experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency
*Strong knowledge of the local property market (ideal)
*Proven track record of winning business and driving performance
*Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, energetic approach
*Commercially minded and target-driven
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What’s on Offer?
*£28,000 – £32,000 basic salary
