Our client, a well-known and market-leading independent estate agency, is looking to expand their successful lettings team in Norwich. They are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their growing business, with opportunities also available for those looking to progress into more senior or managerial roles in the future.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of the lettings department, with responsibilities including:
*Registering tenants and matching them to suitable properties
*Conducting property viewings and negotiating successful lets
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Managing a busy diary and handling tenancy progression and paperwork
*Chasing rental arrears and supporting valuation activity (for more senior involvement)
*Working closely with the Lettings Manager and wider team to drive results
*Contributing to the overall performance of the lettings department
Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
*Strong experience in lettings
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive, motivated, and career-driven attitude
*Strong team player with the ability to close business
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
*Ambition to progress into senior or management roles
