Our client, a well-known, market-leading independent estate agency, is looking to expand its successful lettings team in Norwich with a motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator.

The Role
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of the lettings department, with responsibilities including:
*Registering tenants and matching them to suitable properties
*Conducting property viewings and supporting the negotiation of lets
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Managing a busy diary and assisting with tenancy paperwork
*Supporting the wider lettings team with day-to-day activity
*Developing knowledge of the local rental market
Trainee Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
*A strong background in customer service or sales (no property experience required)
*Excellent communication and people skills
*A proactive, enthusiastic, and career-focused attitude
*Strong team-working ability with a desire to learn and progress
*Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential)
*Ambition to build a long-term career in lettings and estate agency
