A well-established organisation in a fast-paced operational environment is seeking an HR Officer to support day-to-day people activity on site. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
Provide practical HR support and guidance to managers and staff
Assist with employee relations, absence and performance processes
Manage recruitment campaigns from advert through to onboarding
Track and report on key HR metrics, identifying trends
Maintain HR records and support compliance/audits
Contribute to employee engagement activities and forums

What We’re Looking For
Previous HR experience in a site-based or operational setting
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
CIPD (or working towards) and additional languages are a bonus
