Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid)
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours

Key Responsibilities
*Lead digital creative projects across brand, product and campaign activity
*Develop concepts, visuals and digital-first storytelling
*Manage and mentor designers, ensuring consistent quality
*Strengthen and evolve the brand toolkit
*Review work for accuracy, consistency and creative excellence
*Stay ahead of design, social and digital trends
*Champion emerging tech, including AI, to elevate creative output
About you
*Experience in a senior digital design role (agency or in-house)
*Strong experience leading brand campaigns and digital creative
*Skilled across concepting, UX/UI, mobile-first design and motion
*Confident using Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma
*Strategic thinker with strong collaboration and leadership skills
*Curious, globally minded and passionate about big ideas
