Description
The Production Operations Manager will report directly into the MD and will have 4 direct reports and a wider team of c.100 across all manufacturing functions on site.




Day to day responsibilities will include:
*Leading, managing and co-ordinating all manufacturing activity on site
*Liaising closely with both internal and external customers to achieve the desired levels of service
*Creating, developing and producing all new product ranges in line with R&D specifications
*Promoting a culture focussed on continuous improvement
*Developing high performing teams
*Achieving agreed KPIs


Profile
Successful candidates will have a strong lean manufacturing background and a proven ability in leading and developing change.
