This forward-thinking business is continuing to grow, and they are now looking for a Sales Valuer to join their high-performing team.

With a market-leading commission structure and uncapped earnings, this role is designed for those who want their success to directly reflect their income.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
*Deliver accurate and confident property valuations that win instructions
*Lead engaging market appraisals, communicating value and opportunity effectively
*Manage the client journey from initial contact through to completion
*Conduct well-managed property viewings that convert interest into offers
*Proactively network and generate new business opportunities
*Build strong client relationships to secure repeat and referral business
Sales Valuer requirements:
*Proven experience within estate agency (sales, lettings, or valuations)
*Strong track record of generating business and winning instructions
*Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings
*Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for autonomy and income control
*Ambitious and resilient with a proactive approach to business development
What’s on Offer?
*£26,500 basic salary
*£50,000 – £100,000+ OTE (uncapped)
*Market-leading commission structure (up to 40%)
*No weekends

Working Pattern:
*5-day working week
*Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
