Full job descriptionThe Role:
Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced or aspiring Used Car Sales Executive, to join an established, main dealership group. Our client is located in Basingstoke, and represent a household name, offering the chance to earn on profit of the car sale.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promote and sell quality used vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s stock, pricing, and finance options.
The Package:
£18,000 Basic – £60,000+ On Target Earnings Potential!! Up to 11% profit on the car, at 15 cars sold.
Five Day Working Week -
Monday to Friday – 8:30am - 6:00pm - Day off in the week.
Saturday – 8:30am - 5:00pm
Sunday - 10:00am - 4:00pm - You work 1 in 2 Sundays (which in turn gives you an additional day off in the week).
Team of five sales executives - looking to go to six.
