The Role
As a Valuer, you will:
*Deliver accurate and confident property valuations
*Lead and conduct market appraisals
*Act as a key driver in the client journey from instruction to completion
*Conduct property viewings when required
*Network and generate referrals to support business growth
*Build strong relationships with clients and convert valuations into instructions
Valuer requirements:
*Proven track record within estate agency
*Experience carrying out and winning market appraisals
*Strong understanding of the property market (local knowledge desirable)
*Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
*Team player with a proactive, motivated attitude
*Ability to build rapport and convert opportunities into business
