About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Care Home Administrator to join a well-established care provider in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy care home.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the care home team
*Manage reception duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors
*Maintain accurate records and resident documentation
*Support with staff rotas, payroll administration, and HR paperwork
*Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and confidentiality standards
*Assist with invoicing and general office management tasks

Candidate Requirements
*Previous administration experience (ideally within a care or healthcare setting)
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
*Professional, compassionate, and approachable manner

Essential Requirement*Enhanced DBS on the update service is mandatory
