We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join our client, a rapidly growing and highly successful brokerage in the Norwich area.
Offering strong earning potential, high-quality lead sources, and the opportunity to write substantial volumes of business, this role is ideal for a motivated and qualified advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to maximise both earnings and career progression.
The Role
As a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor, you will:
*Manage a high volume of mortgage enquiries and applications
*Conduct client appointments and provide tailored mortgage advice
*Guide customers through the mortgage process from enquiry to completion
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
*Handle a high level of referrals and maximise conversion opportunities
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
*Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company growth
*Stay up to date with mortgage products, regulations, and industry developments
Self-Employed Mortgage Advisorrequirements:
*Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
*Full CeMAP qualification
*Comfortable working with company-provided leads
*Proven ability to write high levels of mortgage business
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
*Target-driven and commercially minded
What’s on Offer?

Working Pattern:
*Full-time
*Monday to Friday
*Saturdays on a rota basis
