We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor to join our client, a rapidly growing and highly successful mortgage brokerage in the Norwich area.
This role offers strong earning potential, a consistent lead source, and the opportunity to write high volumes of business. It would suit a qualified advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the drive to maximise appointments and conversion opportunities.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
*Manage a high volume of mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
*Conduct client appointments and provide tailored mortgage advice
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
*Guide customers through the mortgage process, delivering exceptional service throughout
*Refer clients to protection advisors to enhance overall customer outcomes
*Achieve monthly mortgage and business targets
*Stay up to date with mortgage products, regulations, and industry developments
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
*Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record
*CeMAP qualified
*Comfortable working with company-provided leads
*Experience managing 3–4 appointments per day
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to identify and refer protection opportunities
*Motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
What’s on Offer?
*£30,000 basic salary
*£60,000 – £70,000 OTE
*Strong commission structure
*Pension scheme
*20 days holiday + bank holidays
*Mileage allowance
*Company incentive schemes
*Ongoing support within a growing and successful brokerage
Working Pattern:
*Full-time
*Monday to Friday
*Saturdays on a rota basis
