Our client is an award-winning and highly successful agency based in Southport, Merseyside, and they are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
*Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis
*Arrange and conduct property inspections as required
*Handle deposit returns and resolve tenancy disputes
*Instruct maintenance works and oversee contractor performance
*Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
*Maintain compliance and accurate property records across your portfolio
Property Manager requirements:
*Previous experience as a Property Manager
*Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
*Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*Organised with strong attention to detail
*Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
