Salary: £28,000.00 to £33,000.00 full time, discretionary 20% annual bonus, plus benefits.

The Role
This is a new position within our Finance team. As our Compliance and Company Secretarial Administrator, you will be the central coordinator for internal and external compliance. You will ensure all returns, renewals, and information requests are completed accurately and on time, while managing the secure retention and retrieval of key company documentation.
This is an administrative and coordinating role.
Technical "expertise" in Legal, HR, Cyber Security, KYC or GDPR fields are not a direct requirement, but knowledge/experience in any of these areas would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
*KYC Compliance: Collect, review, and maintain ’Know Your Customer’ documentation for directors and beneficial owners. Partner with banks and external organisations to keep information current.
*Company Secretarial Support: Monitor filing deadlines, update corporate structure charts, and manage physical and electronic corporate document storage.
*Trademarks & Licences: Track trademark renewal deadlines and support the Finance Director with new applications. Monitor compliance requirements for brand licence agreements and support licensor audits.
*Cyber Security & Data (GDPR): Track actions for cyber security essentials implementation. Maintain the GDPR requirements register and monitor compliance across the team.
*HR Administration: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, manage annual leave tracking, and maintain internal company policies.
*Ad-Hoc Support: Respond to internal and external information requests (such as the Office for National Statistics) and support other teams during peak business periods.

*Advanced Excel Skills: You must have proven, high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
*Organisational Excellence: Exceptional time management with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
*Meticulous Detail: High accuracy and a sharp eye for detail in all administrative tasks.
*Discretion: Absolute integrity when handling confidential and sensitive company information.
*Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills across all business levels.
*Adaptability: A proactive, flexible, and open-minded attitude. We are a small team, and a willingness to muck in and support colleagues during busy times is essential.
