HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS
YEAR ONE | Cover Supervisor with Training Support September 2026 – August 2027
Begin as a fully employed Cover Supervisor, earning from day one while building classroom confidence and professional skills.
Salary and Benefits:

Training and Development:
*Daily classroom experience with real students
*Weekly training: lesson planning, behaviour management, assessment, and safeguarding
*Dedicated mentor providing regular one-to-one coaching
*Structured observation alongside experienced teachers
*Gradually increasing teaching responsibilities
YEAR TWO | Initial Teacher Training September 2027 – July 2028
Progress into formal ITT with continued financial support, working towards your PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status.
By completion you will have:
*Achieved your PGCE qualification
*Gained full Qualified Teacher Status
*Secured a permanent teaching position
*Continued financial support throughout
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor’s degree (UK or internationally recognised equivalent)
*GCSE English Language — Grade C/4 or above
*GCSE Mathematics — Grade C/4 or above
