*Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
*Prepare and distribute client statements and invoices as required.
*Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing issues.
*Provide regular updates and reports on account statuses to management.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all credit control activities.
*Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Previous experience in credit control.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
*Proficiency in relevant accounting software and systems.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
