*Handling customer queries and resolving basic issues
*Maintaining accurate records of all communications
*Supporting overall cash collection targets

We’re open to a range of backgrounds, including:
*Previous experience in collections or credit control
*Accounts Assistants looking to move into a more customer-facing role
*Customer service professionals with experience handling calls and queries
The key requirement is confidence on the phone, a proactive approach, and strong communication skills.
