This is an exciting opportunity to shape how a large digital media business engages with its subscriber base at critical payment and renewal moments. You will play a key role in reducing churn, improving payment success rates, and delivering seamless customer experiences through data-led CRM strategies.The Company

The business offers a collaborative environment with strong investment in data-driven decision making.The Role*Own and optimise the end-to-end CRM strategy for payment and renewal communications
*Design and deliver cross-channel lifecycle campaigns to support subscription retention
*Build automated journeys to manage failed payments and reduce involuntary churn
*Segment users based on behaviour, billing data, and risk profiles to deliver targeted messaging
*Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate, real-time data triggers
*Analyse performance metrics such as payment success rates and campaign effectiveness
*Run ongoing A/B testing to improve messaging, timing, and channel performance
Your Skills and Experience*Commercial experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within a subscription-based environment
*Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe, or similar
*Strong understanding of customer journeys, automation, and segmentation strategies
*Ability to work with billing or transactional data to inform campaign decisions
*Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and data
*Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
